Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains the categories of information SecureViewIQ processes to operate the service, why that information is used, the types of providers that may support processing, and the controls available to users and administrators.

Version: 2026-09-28 Last updated: September 28, 2026

1. Information we process

Depending on the features you use, SecureViewIQ may process account and profile information, authentication and login activity, chat requests and conversation history, uploaded files and evidence, knowledge documents, security logs, indicators, incident records, reports, usage events, subscription or billing status, support communications, and administrative audit information.

2. Why we process information

Information is used to authenticate users, provide requested security analysis, save workspace history, retrieve relevant knowledge, process uploaded evidence, enforce access and plan limits, secure the service, troubleshoot failures, support billing, respond to support requests, and maintain appropriate operational and audit records.

3. Security evidence and uploaded content

Customer security data may contain confidential or sensitive business information. Users are responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to upload and for ensuring they are authorized to process it. SecureViewIQ uses submitted content to provide the requested product functions and related security, reliability, and support operations.

4. AI and other service providers

Depending on deployment configuration and enabled features, SecureViewIQ may use third-party providers for AI processing, cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, malware scanning, or threat-intelligence enrichment. Information needed for the requested function may be transmitted to the relevant enabled provider. Provider-specific processing is also subject to that provider's applicable terms and policies.

5. Authentication, security, and audit data

SecureViewIQ may process login events, role and authorization information, security-state data, request and session information, and administrative audit events to protect accounts, investigate misuse, maintain service integrity, and support security operations.

6. Retention

Retention varies by data type, account plan, operational purpose, contractual requirement, and applicable law. Product-history limits may differ by subscription. Certain administrative audit and analyst-feedback records are configured for automatic cleanup after 90 days. Other records may be retained for different periods where needed for account operation, security, billing, dispute handling, backup, or legal obligations.

7. User and administrator controls

Authorized users may manage available profile and workspace content through product controls. Administrators may manage organization members, roles, security settings, billing permissions, audit visibility, and other workspace configuration according to assigned permissions. Some deletion or access requests may require verification before they can be completed.

8. Security measures

SecureViewIQ uses measures such as authenticated access, role-aware authorization, secure password hashing, session protections, request controls, operational auditing, and malware scanning where enabled. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users should apply appropriate data-classification and access-control practices when submitting security information.

9. International processing

SecureViewIQ and its service providers may process information in locations different from the user's or customer's location, depending on hosting and provider configuration. Organizations are responsible for evaluating any legal or contractual requirements that apply to their use of the service and their data.

10. Privacy requests and choices

Questions or requests concerning access, correction, deletion, account information, or privacy can be sent to contact@secureviewiq.com. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, contractual requirements, security obligations, verification needs, and legitimate operational requirements.

11. Policy updates

When this Privacy Policy changes materially, SecureViewIQ will update the version or revision date shown on this page. Material changes should not silently expand the use of previously collected customer information beyond the commitments communicated to users and customers.

For organization-specific privacy, security, data-processing, or contractual requirements, contact contact@secureviewiq.com before submitting regulated or highly sensitive data.
