Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, accessing SecureViewIQ, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you use SecureViewIQ for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization. You must provide accurate account information and use the service only where legally permitted.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for protecting your credentials, maintaining the security of your account, and promptly reporting suspected compromise. SecureViewIQ may enforce role-based access, session controls, usage limits, authentication requirements, and other security safeguards.

3. Acceptable use

You may use SecureViewIQ only for lawful, authorized defensive-security and business purposes. You must not:

• access systems, data, or accounts without authorization;
• use the service to distribute malware, conduct abuse, or facilitate unlawful activity;
• attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or other safeguards;
• interfere with the availability, integrity, or security of SecureViewIQ or its providers; or
• submit content you do not have the right or authority to process.

4. Customer content and security data

You remain responsible for the logs, files, documents, indicators, incident information, prompts, reports, and other content you submit. You must have the permissions required to provide and process that content. SecureViewIQ processes customer content as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

5. AI-assisted analysis and human review

SecureViewIQ is an analyst-assistance platform. AI-generated findings, summaries, classifications, mappings, recommendations, and reports may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as a guaranteed detection, legal conclusion, or substitute for professional judgment. High-impact security actions should remain subject to appropriate human review and authorization.

6. Third-party services

Some features may depend on configured providers for AI processing, cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, malware scanning, or threat-intelligence enrichment. Those services may have their own terms, policies, availability, and processing practices. SecureViewIQ cannot guarantee the availability or output of an independent third-party provider.

7. Plans, billing, and usage limits

Features, quotas, storage, retention, and usage limits may vary by plan. Paid subscriptions may renew until canceled where recurring billing is enabled. Billing status and payment actions are determined by the configured payment provider and SecureViewIQ backend. Additional commercial terms may apply to business or enterprise agreements.

8. Intellectual property

SecureViewIQ and its software, interface, branding, documentation, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to use the service, these Terms do not transfer ownership of SecureViewIQ technology or branding to you.

9. Service changes, suspension, and termination

SecureViewIQ may update features, models, integrations, limits, interfaces, and security controls as the service evolves. Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated for material violations of these Terms, nonpayment, unlawful activity, abuse, or conduct that creates a material security risk to the service, providers, customers, or other users.

10. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

SecureViewIQ is provided on an as-available basis and does not promise uninterrupted operation, complete detection, error-free analysis, or prevention of every threat or incident. To the extent permitted by applicable law, warranty, liability, indemnity, dispute, and governing-law terms may be supplemented or replaced by an applicable order form, business agreement, or enterprise contract.
